‘Most Artists Don’t Make Money’ is a performance video work. I inspired by Rose Finn-Kelcey’s interview. In addition, via the research of Reena Spaulings, I was curious the correlations between art market and capital system. And it was very interesting to me the phenomenon of artists being signed to specific galleries and innate capitalistic tendencies within the art world. I cannot negate the economic system but I want to keep my own originality as an artist in the capitalist world.
